HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENT (HRA)

This is a survey or questionnaire used to collect relevant information about the health status (lifestyle) and health risk factors of an individual or population.

BONE DENSITY

This test tells you if you have normal bone density, low bone density (osteopenia) or osteoporosis. The lower your bone density, the greater your risk of breaking a bone.

GAIT ANALYSIS

A tool used to assess the way in which you walk and run which is your movement map. You will then be prescribed the correct running shoes that suit your gait to avoid injury.

FLEXABILITY ASSESSMENT

This test is a common measure of flexibility, and specifically measures the flexibility of the lower back and hamstring muscles.
